My name is Thomas, and I created The Strap Forge — a small independent maker project born from a simple idea:

making the Amazfit Helio Strap look and feel more premium.

After sharing early prototypes and ideas through multiple Reddit posts, the project grew with feedback from the community. Those discussions directly shaped the final design you see today.

I designed a custom case that allows you to use Polar Loop–style bands with the Amazfit Helio Strap, giving it a clean, high-end look while keeping all original features intact.

The project is still evolving and currently moving into production:

• A CNC aluminum version is now in pre-production, with manufacturing underway
  
• Lead times are currently longer due to CNC production, but they will shorten as production ramps up
  
• A 3D-printed version is available as a more lightweight and affordable alternative
  
• New colors, finishes, and improvements are already in progress
